These are lyrics I have written to my fitness music song, sample available at the bottom of this blog to motivate you to do any cardio workout routines today.
At a tempo of 132 beats per minute, use it to stimulate your body and your mind.
In these hard times of economic and vocational loss, obesity and the overwhelming rise in health care costs,
we all need to believe and help each other as much as we can.
So many people have been writing to me for advice on how to stay motivated with their fitness commitments and targeted weight loss goals.
Now more than ever it is too easy to fall off the health & fitness wagon due to feelings of depression where the world is concerned.
Maybe you just lost your job, or maybe you have had to relocate your family and pack up a house lost and put your kids in a new school.
All the pressure that comes along with our current stressful state of our World is not exactly the cheerleader we all need to keep us on point.
Try this today, say "Today I Believe!". Reach out to those around you.
Oh yes, I understand the emotional paralyses that may come with getting that pink slip at work.
That's ok. It's alchemy! Sometimes disappointment can lead to greater things in life.
Remember what you we were taught as kids? "Use your time wisely!" See?, you are on the internet with the ability to reach out
to people all over the world. How Fabulous!!!
Help each other. We are all going through this together, not that it will immediately pay your phone bill, however, one never knows
what is around the corner. Keep on keepin' on! Jump out of bed, get those fingers on that keyboard as you type away today,
then get on up and move or simply inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth and say those words, "Today I Believe!"
Being a 50 year old working mother of three children now aged 15, 17 & 22, I remember all too well the conflict of
going back to work after my first son was born in 1986. Oh my!
I was never at peace.
When I was home I felt I was slacking with my work responsibilities and when I was at work I missed my baby boy.
I have learned as the years have moved on that we women are certainly the stronger sex. We have the ability to juggle it all.
Home, work, family, oh yes, and look fabulous all at the same time.
My advice is to give yourself a break. There is nothing wrong with your feelings no matter how crazy you feel at times.
I have found that some of the best kids have been raised by working moms. Women who maintain a career also maintain a strong sense of self.
This can enable a woman to bring a more logical approach into parenting especially as a child gets older and matures.
The woman who has spent time outside the home and deals with the real world on a day to day basis may be better prepared to catch
the left hooks that may be thrown at us. Parenting is never a fairy tail. I love a line I heard in the film Parenting: "Life is messy". LOL!
Ain't it the truth.
As a fitness singer songwriter and someone who has maintained a 100 pound weight loss,
I also find that a daily workout is a great way to clear your mind. Use my workout routines and fitness music and you'll feel better about it all.

• exhale through your mouth
• drop those shoulders
• relax your neck and take a minute to stretch.
At a tempo of 90 beats per minute here is a song in my fitness music catalog I wrote and sung called "Fragile".
Aren't we all? Yes... but oh how strong we ladies and moms can be!
When I open my eyes everyday, I look forward to my daily exercise. My favorite things to do are running and walking on my treadmill and elliptical trainer.
I always thoughly check the treadmill workouts I write before releasing them on this site.
I also do this when I write elliptical workouts, walking workout routines or any fitness music.
My treadmill workouts typically use the fitness music songs I produce every day.
There's always great inspiration for my fitness music used in my mp3 workout routines that I find in my life.
From raising my 3 kids, to working with weightloss testimonials, the workout songs are key to a complete fitness program.
Many of my testimonial weight loss peeps love the fitness music workout songs I incorporate into the various programs.
Motivating lyrics are just the beginning of my process for writing the songs.
The inspiration i need I find all around me. I am always moved by the simplest things i see every day...
from a child laughing to a grandma smiling as she watches her grandkids play.
It's always stikes me that children don't need to be taught any special way to exercise.
Nor do they need specific workout songs to get the exercise they need.
So this is how I create my mp3 downloadable fitness music workout routines.
First I write a song about an experience I've had or a thought that I believe will be work for an effective workout routine.
Then I take the verses out and record my vocal instruction for that particular workout routine, whether it's for treadmills, or elliptical, walking or running.
I then pop on my headphones, get on the machine which the program is made for and try it out,
Even my body sculpting workouts use this technique but no machines needed, maybe just a few free weights.
Next I mix and master the fitness music and workout routines and then upload them to my site.
And that‘s it. It's how I bring you the best mp3 downloadable workout routines and fitness music available on the internet.

I know you've alluded to Richard Simmons and his influence on you. What you've done is so similar to what he did, but I commend you for doing it without the need for visuals.
You know that people are more mobile today than when Richard Simmons was doing his show, and I commend you for making your programs audio only.
Many fitness programs include booklets that are supposed to show the buyer how to do particular moves.
You have argued that that makes them too complicated. I commend you for describing moves, but also guiding the audience and letting them choose the moves they do.
To my knowledge, your shows are the first workout show I've seen anywhere that doesn't depend on watching someone as they demonstrate moves. Thank you for that.

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote some stuff down about three deaths that have taken place in my life recently.
I'm contemplating whether or not I'll post my thoughts up on my blog at this point.
But, I was thinking a lot about Marlyn. (Moderator note - Marlyn was MARINA's best friend who recently passed away) She really impacted me a lot.
I got close with her on those walks from Aerospace and she taught me a lot.
I was thinking about all the things I wished I had told her. We had emailed back and forth for a while, attempting to make plans,
so I could show off my preggers belly and tell her about the new job. But, of course, life got in the way and time slipped past and then... she was gone.
So, I want to make sure that I tell you how you impacted me too and how much I love and adore you because you just never know--one day, we are here, the next,
we are in a different place.
You are a really wonderful person and if I had won that megamillions lottery, I would have definitely invested in the Marina empire. :) You were right about having children.
It is the most amazing thing in the entire world. You helped me lose weight and helped me build up my confidence. You are just incredible.
I loved all those meetings with you, working with you, seeing this amazing world that you are a part of and how you inspire so many people to lose weight.
Now, it's my turn to lose all the weight I gained after having a baby, so I will keep focused on things you said and taught me!
You are incredible and I can't wait for the day where I get my DVD with you on it, singing fun songs!

They will rip that fat off of you and replace it with a lean,
mean body that everyone will be envious towards. The first time I did one of these, I almost fell to
the floor because I could not take it, but MARINA pushes you further and further to a point where
